Refund Policy

At Syntech Lotus, the trading name of SYNTECH LOTUS LIMITED (RC Number 8432293), we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for both physical goods and digital products.
1. Refund Eligibility
Physical Goods
Physical products such as gadgets, accessories, and audio gear may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and any included documentation. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process an approved refund.
Digital Products
Digital products such as e-books, movie and series downloads, software licences, and digital music are generally non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or access has been granted. This is because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. We will, however, issue a refund where you can demonstrate a genuine defect — such as a corrupted or unusable file that we are unable to fix — or where you were charged more than once for the same order (a duplicate charge).
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed, except in cases of proven defect or duplicate charge.
- Physical items returned after the 7-day window, or that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging or accessories.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards and promotional credits.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@usesyntechlotus.com with your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for your request. We aim to review every request promptly and will let you know the outcome by email.
4. Currency
Approved refunds are issued in the original transaction currency — either Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD) — to the original payment method. Refunds in NGN are processed in line with applicable Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations. The time it takes for a refund to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
